Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We use WORLPAY which ensures scecure card transactions.We only accept credit card payment on purchases within the United Kindom of Great Britain (UK). If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order with us by contacting our office directly.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Switch. Special order items are purchased off-line through our office.

Payment for these items are to be made in full when ordered.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When the confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling < We arrange delivery to you either by Parcel Force or through the Royal Mail ( registered delivery). We apply a 'flat'
charge of £3.50 per order, a very modest cost. >
Delivery Schedule Delivery lead times are detailed on each product to ensure our customers are clearly advised. We will normally send your order to you within <14 days> business days . The delivery date is detailed by each model to ensure you are being provided with a clear statement of delivery timescale's.

The models from Masca are always made to order and are delivered within 6 weeks.

Terzani & Prandina are again made to order and are delivered within 4 weeks, Schmitz models are delivered within three weeks.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.50 for any weight or number of items (including VAT). Even if it is necessary for us to deliver your goods from one order separately, you will still only be charged one delivery charge. Please let us know of any special delivery instructions.

We give you the greatest possible choice of colours and options, if you do not see the finish / colour you require please contact us and it may be possible for this to be produced..

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We use the WORLDYAY secure payment system to ensure the security of the payment transaction.

Proof of your identity may be requested - please, please don't be offended by this security measure. We take the protection of both ourselves and our customers from any form of fraud very seriously, and we therefore have a number of procedures in position to prevent any form of fraud.

Any attempt to defraud us will be legally pursued. We can prove items were packed and despatched and where and when they were received. It is your responsibility to check the items thoroughly on receipt and to advise us of any discrepancy / damage accordingly and without delay and at the latest within 3 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for whatever reason. For certain orders, be they unusual products, special order, large quantities or company orders you may be requested to confirm orders by post or fax in the form of an official purchase order, signed by the appropriate authority. Should it be necessary we reserve the right to make checks regarding customer genuinity
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. <If you are not entirely satisfied with any product ordered, it can be returned, if unused, within 14 days. We will provide you witha full refund, an exhange or credit to your account. Returns MUST be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Any goods lost in transit or arriving back damaged will not be credited. We strongly recoomend you insure any item being returned. This trial period DOES NOT APPLY to any special order items.

Goods damaged during delivery to you will be replaced without charge to you BUT please inform us of breakages immmediately or at the latest, within three days of receipt.>

In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or incorrect item in your delivery, you should contact us immediately by telephone. We will tell you what to do next. We pack our products carefully and use the services of delivery companies that we trust.- However accidents do occur - it is important that you check the outer appearance of deliveries for any visible damage, or tampering - you should point the damage out to the delivery person and sign the chit accordingly 'Visibly damaged & contents unchecked' - if the delivery person objects, you can request that they stay present whilst you unpack the parcel and carefully check the contents and only if you are happy that they are perfect and sound should you sign the chit. Your cooperation with these matters is important in helping us provide you with the best possible service.

Please keep all packaging materials, in case you wish to return a product. We will happily refund or exchange any item which you are not entirely happy with. Please inform us by e-mail or telephone of your intentions to return a product & we will give you the relevant information that you will need. Please note that when sending a return the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you insure it.
